Ever since I was a kid, I have always been fascinated by technology. And as I grew older that fascination only increased as the technology evolved. Websites and applications in particular stood out to me , this was because of their ability to transform complex ideas into intuitive , beautiful experiences, their ability to solve complex problems and essentially make everyday life easier for everyone. This fascination had sparked a flame that would continue to burn intensely as time passed by.
Why Front End Development🤔
Essentially when users access a website or app, Front end is the only thing they see, in a sense. That user interaction and experience will ultimately influence their perception of that application. No matter the advanced technology under the hood, users would generally not have a positive perception if the front end wasn’t appealing or put it simply, works.
The tech community may in general look down upon Front End but we cannot ignore its importance. It is integral to the acceptance of an application, amongst other things. And for this primary reason I have decided to focus on it.
How HNG will help😁
HNG internship is a free and online internship that takes place annually. As described on its website “HNG Internship is our fast paced, competitive online bootcamp for coders, designers and other technical talent. It is designed for people who want to rapidly upskill themselves, learn new technologies and build products in a collaborative and fun environment. It is not designed for beginners, but for people who have already started learning and want to move 10x faster” and I indubitably agree.
Its perfect for my goals as I am not a beginner and I want to upskill as fast as I can. Plus its online and FREE(optionally, you can pay a small fee for a certificate).
My goals for HNG internship😌
My goals are to build polished and impactful projects that showcase my new skills, interact with a community of likeminded techies , learn new technologies, and ultimately get a job. HNG offers services to the world thoruight their highly qualified react developers and web developers. This internship is ideal for my goals and I plan to achieve them by actively participating in community forums, and dedicating hours to practice and task.

My expectations, reasoning and goals for HNG Internship may seem ambitious but they are possible.
