First, I just wanna give a little background.
I've been working with Java for little over a year. I've come to be rather bored with the syntax (.this & .that). So recently (2 weeks), I decided to learn something else. I started with Kotlin, which lasted for an hour as I quickly learn, it's still a LOT like Java. So then I moved onto Nim for 3 days. Which I realized isn't career smart. So I finally settled on Go. My new hands-down favorite! I'm still rusty with certain things, with it, but I ended up surprising myself how quickly I picked it up.
This got me thinking: should I stick to Java/Android & Go until I land my first job. Or learn more languages? My biggest fear is learning more languages, and forgetting critical parts of ones I already know.
I do plan on however, learning whatever language(s) required at any job I get.
