Install this extension if you already haven't: OpenCommandLine
From Tools->Options and go to the Command line or select settings from the Command line menu on Solution explorer.
In Command Preset, Select Preset Custom
For command enter wt.exe
For command arguments enter -d %folder%
Bonus, if you want every new tab in the console to be in the same folder (including WSL Linux), open settings from Windows Console and in each profile set "startingDirectory" : null
