Best Terminal For Windows?

I use the normal windows terminal:)

About your question, I would suggest to not use Windows at all for coding, but if you really have to, cmder is great.

I use gitbash when there is a linux command related to use. but if it only git commands, it also work in normal CMD, Windows Terminal and Powershell

Git bash is as close as it gets on Windows but has performance issues so just shift to Linux for better terminal experience.
