The only way to fix it is to fire the HR and do the f* job as a hiring manager.. as they are equally complaining at automatized process that is filtering out best candidates from their view as you're, trying to hack the process so they see it through the wall of AI that can kick you out for grammatical errors in the key words and HR lady how is damn clueless of what exactly the hiring manager wants... but that unfortunately costs time and effort not so many can or will do.
