Signal service has no record of your group memberships, group titles, group avatars, or group attributes.
They also have a blog post[2] where they explain everything in detail about how group chats work. In [2], if you scroll down, they write:

Telegram has it's own flaws😭 but hopefully since a lot of people are moving on it... Telegram will add e2e soon so that people can use Telegram without any worries...
