Exactly... Great summary and thanks for the checklist. Because I give myself a target is to be a team lead in future. But it feels really challenging for me because besides technical skill, you will also need management skill, and management skill is mostly come from experience. It's not like technical skill that you can just gain the knowledge from the internet or study some books.

It is related to soft skills and by that I mean - listening to others, try to challenge, mentor and eventually improve them. Being a tech lead is not being a manager but a leader (you don't have to be a manager to be one...)
