Ryan, nice article! But I found an issue with the message textarea element - when you change the width of the element, it breaks :) You should set min-width and max-width to 100% of the parent element. That way users will change only its height.
👋🏻 Hi, I'm Ryan! I am a Web Developer, Streamer, and Blogger transitioning careers into Full-Stack Web Development. Currently I enjoy working with React/NextJS, Astro, and Tailwind CSS.
Great catch, Evgeniy! Not to mention the resizing has the same transition-timing and just feels weird. I'll add that to the "to-do" list and fix it tonight.
Thanks so much for reading and pointing that out, and providing the solution :)
