What's the standard for listing open source contributions in a resume?

When I first posted an informal draft of my resume on my website, I had a single-digit number of them and so I listed each one individually and linked to issues and stuff. But now that I'm over a dozen, it's starting not to seem like I should do that.

What do you do? Is it common to do what I do for a small number of contributions, or is it seen as "that noob thinks every commit to some obscure project is worth a bullet point lol what a noob"?

For reference, my resume's here.
