Computer Security Algorithms package in csharp

Hello everyone, In this year of college we created a package of some computer security algorithms, I delivered it to my TA, so it's mine and public today and the degrees won't updated anymore :D, so if you're interested and have time you can contribute to it, add more security algorithms, update existing, practise using c#, add README.md files explains this algorithms etc...
