The earliest time to start, from school. At the beginning of Your journey, it is crucial to keep yourself motivated. For absolute beginners, I would recommend starting with HTML and CSS. After You will feel confident with HTML and CSS start learning JS. All these 3 technologies are must-haves for any front-end developer. When it is too late?
There is never too late to start learning programming. I am talking not only about the front-end developer path. There are developers who made their first steps in programming from being at 30+ years old and after there were able to find work. It is important to put time and effort, improve yourself as a developer and person.
