Webcrumbs was born on September 13, 2023, out of a personal frustration: web development has become overly complex, and changing anything in a legacy system posed as many risks as it did benefits. Julia, the founder, has been creating websites for +20 years now, and she remembers things to be much simpler then. In a moment of inspiration, she launched our GitHub repository with the concept for a modular web development solution, with themes and plugins, enriched by the community.
