What Is Azure Virtual Machine (VN) All About
First you have to have the insight what a virtual machine is (yes what a virtual machine is all about)

What is Azure Virtual Machine? Azure Virtual Machine (VN) are Software Emulations of Physical computers like laptop, smart phone and software, it is Infrastructure as a Service (Iaas) it includes Virtual processors, memory, storage and networking. and can connect to the internet if needed. While the parts that make up your computer (called hardware) are physical and tangible, VMs are often thought of as virtual computers or software-defined computers within physical servers, existing only as code.

How does a virtual machine work?:It work by creating a software-based, or "virtual" version of a computer, with dedicated amounts of CPU, memory, and storage that are "borrowed" from a physical host computer—such as your personal computer— and/or a remote server—such as a server in a cloud provider's datacenter. A virtual machine is a computer file, typically called an image, that behaves like an actual computer.

Step 1 Create an account with Microsoft Azure

Step 3 Click the on the search button as showed below

3* Then click on virtual Machine as showed below

Step 4 Fill out the boxes below
*Your subscription *your resource group (if you don't have one create one *your virtual machine name *Your region *key pair name *password and can use default settings for others

Step 5 Give your resource group a name

Step 8 connect your virtual machine through Native SSH
