Personal Experience:
Few months ago on "5th November 2019". I still can't forget this date because I was selected in a multinational company (I don't want to mention company name). This was luckiest day of my life and I was very happy during that time because it was my dream to work for a multinational company.
I have around 1.5 years of professional experience as "Software Engineer/Developer", I'm a newbie in the field of "Software Engineering", After my selection to that multinational company and within 1 month I faced alot of bullying and micro-management at first I thought this is normal because I'm from "Pakistan" and companies treat there employees like shi*t here but it was not normal at all.
So I said to myself that this is normal you should focus on your work, but things start getting very bad day by day because i was pressurized by my leaders because I was unable to do "quality work" according to them. I decided to work on this issue but I was unable to figure it out! because mentorship was missing in that office.
So things start getting weird day by day and I was feeling like a "fruad" and no confidence left in me to write code (I was unable to write code for 3 months) then after few months I fall into "depression" for around 2 months it effects my ability to think properly.
Then I learned about this term "Imposter Sydrome" unfortunately it was to late because when I learned about this term I switched from that office but it's great that I found out the problem and solved it by myself without need of any mentor.
