When creating a website, what are your tips and tricks for managing accessibility?
For example, suppose you build a website, how do you imagine the whole process to make it as accessible as possible? what tools do you use to test? Also, how do you manage colors for color-blind readers?
I am really interested in knowing how you are doing to make the Web as accessible as possible.

This isn't a very concrete answer, but I recommend looking through @lkopacz 's posts.
Lindsey does a great job of not only explaining how to make accessibility changes, but also making you think compassionately about the topic.
