Profile picture should be sound professional or looks great like matches with content you share so having well profile picture matters a lot.
Bio is more important limited words and need keep short and more informative which describes your work like if you are writer then mention something like Tech Writer or Creative Writer sharing knowledge with writing articles something like that. It helps people to understand your content better.
Community Engagement is also there, Try to find out active communities which supports the type of content you creates, some communities are available on discord and some of them have slack channel just search little bit you will get the communities.
Research and Quality of the content is highly important only share those things which you are better with don't share random things to get numbers on your profile because this is not right approach to do it!
