Topological Genome Architecture (Dev-Short)

Concept: Shift from linear DNA editing to 3D-Graph Synchronization.

1. The Core Logic

Genome = Hardware. 3D-topology (chromatin folding) determines logic execution.

Technical Debt: Mutations are "bugs". Instead of patching code (CRISPR), we stabilize the Infrastructure.

2. Invariant Nodes (Master Hubs)

We identify Topological Invariants—immutable 3D-nodes that act as system anchors.

State Equation:

$$\Omega_i = \lim_{\Delta t \to \infty} \sum_{j=1}^{n} \oint_{\gamma} \frac{\partial \Phi_j}{\partial x} ds$$

If $\Omega_i$ is stable, the system is self-healing.

3. Implementation (Synchronization)

Scan: Map Hi-C data to find invariant hubs.

Model: Define the "Golden State" (Dynamic Homeostasis).

Align: Use resonance to nudge topology back to its Invariant Constraints.

Bottom Line: Declarative vs Imperative. We don't fix bits; we restore the System Architecture.
