We have Legacy application (Learning Management System ) developed in Asp.Net and SQL Server.
We are thinking to develop new LMS with lot of features and integration with third party tool such as Mailchimp,Salesforce,Payment getaways etc.
We are looking for expert advice whether to use PHP Laravel or Lumen framework to build complete application.
