Do what? If you mean the welcome message from a mod that is just something that Trusted Users and Tag Mods can do. Here is the application link: Tag Mod Application Form. Just pick a tag you feel involved with and you can help moderate the platform, as well as your chosen tag and send moderator comments and get access to the post moderation center. :) If you didn’t mean that, just ask me what you mean.
