Well.. if you use Portainer, you could try to "duplicate/edit" on the container page, make sure that logging driver is set to json (or whatever you've set up in your daemon) and deploy. Or try to completely delete and create the container from cli. Not sure what's going wrong there, but it works for me. Maybe logging policy is not setting up, or.. no idea honestly
