Interesting post, thanks for teaching us about processor architecture! One small critique - you say it's "obvious" that Von Neumann Architecture will be diminished in the near future, but you don't really provide any evidence to back it up. You point out that these other architectures exist, without explaining if or how they are being adopted, at what rate they are being adopted, in what contexts they are used or increasing in use, etc. I'd love to hear more about those things, or about specific cases in which the alternative architectures have solved a specific problem!
