Two questions:

  • can this be accessed with a Free Twitter Developer account?
  • how/where do you find a user's ID? I've searched and tried 5 different website services but none of them can find the user I'm looking for.

As the original author, unfortunately I'm no longer able to help here. You could try the Twitter developer forums instead. I do not know whether Twitter employees check DEV any more :-(

No worries. I figured it was a long shot since this post was 1.5 years ago AND the cost of Twitter Developer subscriptions is ridiculous! I'll keep looking around 😃
