Adding "Clear All" and "editthiscookie" to my list! It's amazing how the browser can almost become a dev environment with all the extensions that have been made for it!
Also want to share, while not an extension, a cool thing my coworker showed me:
I think the "Clear All" extension might handle this better (will know when I use it!), but you can also purge the site data if you have the developer tools open and click and hold on the refresh button → "Empty cache and hard refresh". I have also seen a "Hard refresh" option in this menu, but still need to learn what this means and how it differs from also emptying the cache.
