Change of mood. I have found my motivation, willingness, and ability to problem solve are all directly related to my mood.

Take a nap, walk around outside, have some food. Watch a funny / uplifting show.

For me; music always puts me in a better mood.

 

Plus one for the nap idea.
It's something I should try out.
