Indeed, this article is helpful for simple searches. Let me simplify foreach in blade, you just cycle through with forelse instead of checking with condition:

@forelse($posts as $post)
    <div class="post-list">
        <p>{{ $post->title }}</p>
        <img src="{{ $post->image }}">
    </div>
@empty
    <div>
        <h2>No posts found</h2>
    </div>
@endforeach
