Amazing piece. Andy Hunt, in Pragmatic Thinking and Learning, covered the Dreyfus model of skills acquisition to five levels: Novice, Advanced Beginner, Competent, Proficient, and Expert. You have made great improvements over the Dreyfus model and Andy's use of it.
