User centered design for a delightful user experience across multiple touchpoints. We have conducted several design workshops and co creation workshops across India, understanding how people connect with brands, challenges they face, what are their expectations and identifying areas for opportunities. We also offer technology support, recruitment services and logistics support for usability testing of website and mobile applications. Our market research studio consists of a focus group discussion room for usability interviews and a one-way mirror facility meant for observation.
