Hey thanks for the comment. I'm afraid that "state-y" is just my own personal slang to mean "state like / involved with state" and its opposite would be "event-y" to mean "event like / involved with events". I couldn't think of a clearer way to express it to be honest πŸ€·β€β™‚οΈ
