I'm big into coding guidelines: MISRA, JPL, NASA, Google.
Emphasis on testing, code proveness and code predictability: Low cyclomatic complexity, lowest possible time complexity, and lowest possible memory allocations in hotpaths.

Various web frameworks, Javascript, C#/.NET, Unity. I'm more of a kernel/compiler guy so I try to balance it out with more high-level stuff.
