🚨 Inside Fusion Innovative Pvt Ltd (Chennai): How Employees Are Trapped, Threatened, and Silenced

Fusion Innovative Pvt Ltd, located in Chetpet, Chennai, presents itself as an IT solutions company providing POS and kitchen management software.
 However, behind the professional website and LinkedIn profile lies a disturbing pattern of fraud, harassment, and intimidation against its own employees.
The company is run by Hari Prasad (CEO, currently in London) and Durairaj (Admin, his close relative) - together, they have turned what should have been a tech startup into a systematic employee scam operation.

⚠️ The Fraud Pattern
Over time, several employees (including me) discovered how the scam works:

  1. Withholding Salaries  After resignation, the company withholds 2–3 months' salary with excuses like "accounting delay" or "management approval pending."
  2. Demanding Money for Relieving Letters  HR staff directly or indirectly demand payment for releasing the relieving letter and positive background verification. If you refuse, they block your documents.
  3. Fake Agreements with Forged Signatures  The company creates fake agreements after an employee resigns - with fabricated clauses and even forged signatures - to falsely accuse employees of policy violations.
  4. Threats & Harassment  The CEO personally threatens employees with false HR harassment cases or legal defamation suits if they speak out.
  5. Local Police & Lawyer Involvement  Employees who file complaints face pressure from G7 Police Station (Chetpet) and the company's lawyer, who try to intimidate them into withdrawing cases.
  6. Exploiting Legal Loopholes  In India, proving forgery requires a forensic test via court, which takes years and heavy legal costs.  The company exploits this loophole, knowing most employees can't afford such battles.
  7. Coercive Positive Reviews  HR forces employees to post 5-star reviews on Google Maps and Glassdoor - sometimes even taking employees' phones to write reviews themselves.  Honest reviews on AmbitionBox and Trustpilot (Fusion POS, Fusion Kitchen) tell the real story.

😞 The Human Cost
In my case:

  • I lost 2 months' salary.
  • I lost a confirmed job offer from another reputed company because Fusion Innovative refused to provide relieving documents.
  • I received threat calls before every labour hearing.
  • I faced police pressure to "settle" instead of pursuing justice.

Other employees from Tamil Nadu and nearby states have reported similar experiences - being blackmailed, financially drained, and mentally broken.
Some even fear for their safety. No one knows how many still suffer silently.

This silence allows the company to continue hiring new employees from job portals, repeating the same pattern of salary withholding, forgery, and threats.

  • While scamming Indian employees, the same CEO is also accused of cheating UK-based clients - delaying settlements and mishandling funds.
  •  Some clients are reportedly exploring legal action through solicitors in London, where business laws are stricter.
