Junior, mid, senior are vague terms when it comes to development, you could have someone who's worked somewhere for 5 years that's done development but doesn't actually know as much as someone who's studied concepts of Web for 3 years and could be better, these terms are a just a representation but doesn't mean it's acurate to be true, this is where education vs commercial experience comes into play, it's hard to determine these terminologies on someone especially in the technology industry as it's always on the move.
If your boss is a developer they tend to be more nicer but my advice is to never work for a company that has managers that are business minded as all they would care about is making money and not your project care.
As others have said, it's all about finding the right company, or go freelance, one of the worst things about working for someone or in a team is there is always one wanker that thinks they are better than everyone, a know it all, when in reality they be lucky to build a sandcastle yet alone a database application.
But hey that's why you got to just keep moving about if you feel useless there, they will soon feel the wrath when you leave and find it difficult to find someone to carry on the projects you have done, bosses need you, you don't need them
For further actions, you may consider blocking this person and/or reporting abuse
We're a place where coders share, stay up-to-date and grow their careers.
