The original idea was to let people fill out a small form and then generate a 1-page "quick guide to working with me," which would include a name or nickname, pronouns, preferred communication style, an "ask me about" list of expertise, and any workplace accommodations or collaboration pointers you want to disclose. You could generate one whenever you're working with a new company/team/coworker and hand it out so people know how to work most effectively with you.
