Was sad to lose the Guest OS feature, it was how I wrote most of the SPU code in one of the games I worked on. Felt like they forced you to choose between novelty Linux box or game console. To this day I'm still on the PPC kernel mailing list.

I can see how that'd be the most comfortable way to try out stuff on the fly, instead of messing up with cross compiling stuff and then moving it over to the console. Too bad Sony decided to remove it in a marketing move, but I'm glad the community managed to get it back.
