Any suggestion of resources for maintaining motivation, passion/spirit for old guy in the software/IT tech ? Or is there a limitation due to aging and lack of energy for that purpose ?

I'm 41, not sure if that counts as old.
What I do is I use writing as self-therapy.
I write down why I lack motivation, what frustrates me.
It gives me clarity and then I try to find a way to not do those things that frustrates me anymore.
