• Ask: Why is this important right now for the project?. Because it's almost never important enough to justify anyone being exhausted by arguing.
• Have Backbone; Disagree and Commit (stealing this one from Matt Tyler)
• Try to make everybody read: How to Use a Code Review to Execute Someone’s Soul
• If nothing works, leave this team or this company
