I have some shortcuts proposals :-)

• forget css, learn some css framework, like getbootstrap or bulma
• forget js, learn functional js applied in react. It's more effective to start to learn
• for RN, use a component framework, like nativebase

Now you can learn without troubles.

Why fake it? why not just learn your craft well and forget about shortcuts?
