  • When you use an API for programming they doesn't send you a physic manual, you go to the doc and search for it. Same here. By the way I'm at home now and I just confirmed there's a quick guide on it which is more than needed for setting it up and search for the full doc on the official webpage.

  • On the micro USB thing I'll be more pleased if they came with USB-C too, because I like the shape and feel, but from the electronic engineering there's no point for that. If you connect a USB to your computer it will not be charged faster using one or another, so if you will not be able to use fast charge why to set USB-C?
I asked the same once to a friend of mine who is an electronic engineer why he was using USB 2.0 connectors for some devices he was working on an I+D project, he told me I need a bus of nMB/s using less than 0.5A so using USB-C would be overkill and totally out of place, apart from that I'll need to handle. Whereas USB Type A and Type B connectors each specify four or five conductors, USB Type C connectors employ 24 contacts.
So there's no need or a real reason for USB C, they'll need to add a charger along with the keyboard if USB C + Quick Charge which would be a bit weird, don't you think?

Extra info:

  • Manual config is a great idea, but you need to set it up from GHub first, if not, they will come back to default after rebooting.

Hope it helps
