What I am most afraid of is that few seem to identify the authoritarianism key points that the leftmost extremist wings are raising across the USA, Canada and Europe nowadays. It's almost like a checklist and they have checks on almost every single point.
I like history and did put some effort and curiosity about the past, and I do remember what happened each time an authoritarian group (either be leftwing or rightwing extremists) segregated people based on race (now it's sex + race + gender), created and enforced specific language and played the card of "you are either with us or against us", and every single time it started with "we are victims".
Are we, as a society, that blind?
