Good question Jason.
I'm a big fan of making websites faster, until now I used Eleventy for almost all my projects.
However I quite like the promise of Astro that it can output fully static websites, but under the hood can use components from which ever framework you like.
In this portfolio not much of that is used, but if you look at my article on how to use react components you'll see how that can benefit someone.
