Many small and medium businesses still use Microsoft 365 and SharePoint only as simple file storage or document folders.
However, with the right configuration, SharePoint + Power Automate can replace entire manual workflows.
Here are some examples from my recent projects:
- invoice approval flows built on SharePoint lists and Power Automate
- secure document routing and version-controlled processes
- automated notifications and reminders for approvers
- custom forms (Power Apps) and Power BI reports on top of SharePoint data
These solutions reduce manual work, eliminate human errors and improve productivity inside an organization.
