I read this several days after April fools and 100% believed it. I hadn't clicked on the links because the premise was so absurd, yet believable in the current climate, that I had no idea that it was satire.
I came down here for a rant before I saw everyone else had recognized it as a joke.
The realities of the crypto space are so absurd that it's impossible to tell when someone is making shit up (for fun... they're all making shit up). I mean, while your article was nuts, it's at least an order of magnitude less insane than NFTs or meme coins.
Yours at least would be trading in something with real-world value, even if it would be in an entirely useless way.
