This is a very well written post with a lot of insights that can benefit companies that are looking to improve their onboarding program. Having seen bad onboarding programs and implemented decent ones myself I can tell you that documentation pays off huge in this space. But as this article calls out that isn't enough, you must also ensure that individuals are comprehending the docs and why they are important. Often times this might have to be tailored to a variety of learning experiences.
