I feel that when I am stuck it is not a question of time management as much as it is about STARTING.
I start best by beginning my day with a ritual and a setup without distractions/ with rain sounds on if I am really distracted.
I also plan the day in three bulletpoints in a list every morning once I have finished my morning ritual. I go to sleep early around 19:00.
I allow myself more bullets as optionals. And if one is too big i turn that point into mindmap that has to fit on a postit note
