Tom Greenwood shares the "recipe" on his site (from kb to electricity to co2), although I think the actual internet-electricity usage is way bigger, if you include routers, modems etc. Hopefully I can find some collaborators among the "sustainable crowd ;-)

Website Carbon Calculator do have a badge you can embed on your site, but it seems to just ping their API. JavaScript is not my strong point, but I'd definitely be interested in collaborating on any tools that make it easier to improve sustainability on the web.
