This is a post for early beginners trying to figure out where to even begin with learning JavaScript. How would looking up a Haskell project help with figuring out where to start?
His comment said fp only means having functions in your peojct and nothing more so I tried convincing him its not only that, nothing related to the original article (the guy I responded to deleted his comment now)

Fp means having functions - and other jokes you can tell yourself.
If fp means having functions in your code then google a haskell project and try to understand it only with your functions-in-your-code knowedge

Okay, thank you for clarifying! I'm oversimplifying things because I want to make it as easy as possible for new programmers to get started
