I jumped straight to bootstrap section. I was amazed by the way Colt Steele teaches. Somehow it’s easy for me to understand him. I have attended a JavaScript bootcamp in the past (they fully made us use code.org). The bootcamp was in person but it wasn’t as easy to understand as the way Colt Steele teaches.
Before starting bootstrap section the only thing I knew about bootstrap was bootstrap buttons. It took me around 4-5 hours to go through bootstrap section. I learned how to add padding and margins and much more. I understand how to make browsers responsive by using for example container/container-fluid, row and col (column). I’m planning to eventually take his bootstrap course after I finish this bootcamp.
I moved on to candy museum project the next day. I created an ice cream store website using the skills learned from candy museum project.
I have now moved on to the next section which is JavaScript.
