E138: All ~/.local/share/nvim/shada/main.shada.tmp.X files exists, cannot write ShaDa file!

I've had this annoying error message flashing by when quitting neovim for a while now:

The only reference to it i found while googling was this github issue. I ended up just rm -rf ~/.local/share/nvim/shada and it fixed this issue and another annoying issue I've had for a while.
