Thank you very much for your post!
I'm a (major) ruby dev and I know that Atom has the best plugins, but I liked VSCode so much that it's my editor of choice.
I know some plugins that you put on your post, but some others are new to me.

Dash is great for sure. Don't forget that you can download documentation for it for NPM packages, gems and so on as well.
