The Manager's Path by Camille Fournier
I stumbled across this book yesterday. Glad to hear it's worth a read -- definitely one for the Christmas list.
Incidentally, my top three recommendations for the year are:
Atomic Habits by James Clear -- Completely changed how I thought about habits and how to build them. Filled with useful advice.
Show Your Work by Austin Kleon -- A short and beautiful book which encourages collaboration. It's the reason I joined Dev.to.
Give And Take by Adam Grant -- Nice folk can -- and often do -- finish first. An uplifting look into why it pays to be generous.
Of course, tomorrow I'd probably come out with a completely different list ...
