Complain to your bank: Make a formal complaint via email or by writing to the bank with hard copy and get an acknowledgement copy.
Write to CBN: If no positive response within 14 days. Deliver hard copy letter to CBN around you or email: cpd@cbn.gov.ng. or tel 2347002255226.
Copy the federal competition and consumer protection commission (FCCPC) for good measure.
Institute a legal action against the bank to recover the missing funds. This is the next step if you're not satisfied with the response from 1_3 above.
